Who ESEA works with

Tier 1 and 2 developers, infrastructure providers, local and state government, and research and education organisations. ESEA specialises in large and constrained projects.

What ESEA is not

  • ESEA is an independent consultancy, not a consent authority. Councils, the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure or another determining authority make the approval decision.
  • ESEA does not remove or prune trees, which keeps its arboricultural advice independent of any work that follows.
  • ESEA does not act as a town planner, private certifier or principal certifier, and does not give legal advice.
  • ESEA does not undertake contaminated land, geotechnical, heritage, air quality or hazardous waste assessment, and works alongside specialists who do.

Where ESEA works

Based in Pyrmont and working across Greater Sydney, the Hawkesbury, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast, the Hunter, the Mid-Western Region, the Southern Highlands, and the North and South Coasts of NSW. ESEA travels to regional NSW where the scope justifies mobilisation.

Recent project locations include Blacktown, Riverstone West, Schofields, Marsden Park, St Marys, Austral, Leppington, Smeaton Grange, Campbelltown, Norwest, Castle Hill, Maroota, Grose Vale, the Hawkesbury, Sydney's inner west, Mount Wilson, Mudgee and Singleton. See recent projects.
